Ultra-low-power wireless SoC

The nRF54L05 is part of the nRF54L Series, together with the nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15 and nRF54L10. All wireless SoCs in the nRF54L Series integrate an ultra-low-power multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio and MCU (Microcontroller Unit) functionality, featuring a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor and comprehensive peripheral set. The series offers a selection of packages and memory size options with pin-to-pin compatible QFN packages.

Nordic’s proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and advanced multiprotocol radio design, enable ultra-low power consumption, reducing battery size or increasing lifetime.

nRF54L05 is suitable for products using Bluetooth Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, Zigbee, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols.

It features the smallest memory option in the series, 0.5 MB NVM and 96 KB RAM, optimized for the most cost-sensitive applications. nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15, and nRF54L10 can support more features and wireless protocols
